Jon Tremper has been a member (RPI #057) of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), for over 20 years. While serving on FABI's Board of Directors from 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006, he was responsible for the updating and revising of the Standards of Practice. He also authored new sections on inspecting Pools and Spas, and Docks and Seawalls. These standards served as the basis for the State of Florida licensed home inspector Standards of Practice.
Jon has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from two Florida Universities. He holds Florida licensed Home Inspector #332. He is also an avid investor in local real estate and rental property manager.
Having successfully dealt with every aspect of building contracting from pool building to roofing, Jon Tremper has attained the in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and construction industry and effortlessly transitions to the role of instructor.
